Cemtac Cements, founded in 2008 by Mr. Riaz Ahmad Panjra, began as a 200 TPD (tons per day) cement plant with a vision to redefine quality and innovation in the cement industry. Over the years, we have grown steadily and expanded our capacity by an additional 300 TPD in 2016, embracing cutting-edge technology to ensure superior products and services.

From the very beginning, our mission has been to contribute meaningfully to Jammu and Kashmir’s economy.
